As of the year 2009, TÜSİAD is comprised of approximately 600 individual members. Each year TÜSİAD continues to grow within the formal economy.

TÜSİAD has Washington and EU-Brussels Representative Offices as well as Paris, Berlin and Beijing offices abroad.

TÜSİAD is a member of the Confederation of European Business (BUSINESSEUROPE) that is the representative organisation of the European private sector.

TÜSİAD is a member of one sectoral organisation it has assisted in the establishment of as well as six regional federations that are all members of the Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation (TÜRKONFED).

TÜSİAD is a member of the Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises (BUSINESSMED) formed by the business world organisations of the countries situated in the Mediterranean basin.

TÜSİAD is one of the founding members of the Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE), an international union bringing together the private business organizations of the Black Sea and Caspian Region.

TÜSİAD carries out its activities with a professional staff of 55 people employed within the administrative capacity in the Secretariat General, the Representations and university forums.
