Ebru Dicle has worked at TUSIAD for 25 years on democratization, social development, and the transformation of Türkiye into an information society. As Deputy Secretary General, she undertook several studies and research projects centered on political reforms in the EU harmonization process, gender equality, education reform, employment policies, and digital transformation. She coordinated TUSIAD projects focused on strengthening the position of women in the business world, education policies suitable for the digital age, and the relationship between education and labor market.
Ebru Dicle has worked as Acting TUSIAD Secretary General since February 2020. Born in 1972, Dicle graduated with a degree in Economics from the Marmara University, Department of Economics and Administrative Studies.
