Aydın Buğra İlter born in 1976 in İstanbul. After graduating from 60.Yıl Anatolian High School and Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law, he registered to Bar in 2000. He attended private law and economic law post graduate programs and have an MBA degree from İzmir University of Economics.
Mr. İlter is a partner of a law firm concentrating on corporate advice, dispute management and corporate finance. He is working on the fields of corporate and business law, strategic dispute management and resolution, corporate governance, and family governance issues from legal aspects. He acted as a team member in various, merger and acquisitions, corporate finance, and structuring projects.
As one of the founding members of EGİAD Angel Investment Network, he is an angel investor accredited to Turkish Treasury. Mr İlter is a member of board of trustees of İzmir University of Economics and İzmir Institute of Technology, Technopark İzmir.
Believing and supporting the independent NGO’s, other than TÜSİAD Mr.İlter is a member of EGİAD/Aegean Young Business People Association, TKYD/Türkiye Corporate Governance Association, TAİDER/Family Business Network Turkiye Chapter and ENDEAVOR. Between; 2012 and 2019 he served as board member, vice president and president in EGİAD, between 2013 – 2018 he served as board member in TKYD and between 2018 and 2021 he served as board member in TURKONFED/Turkish Enterprise and Business Confederation and he is still a member of audit committee in TURKONFED and board member in TAİDER.
