TÜSİAD and the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium (VBO-FEB) hosted a high-level luncheon in Istanbul as part of the Belgian Economic Mission to Türkiye, presided over by Queen Mathilde of Belgium.
The General Assembly of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD) convened in Istanbul on January 15, 2026 to elect the Board of Directors. Ozan Diren was elected as the President of TÜSİAD. Perihan İnci, İzzet Özilhan, and Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu were elected as Vice Presidents. Ömer Aras was re-elected as President of High Advisory Council.
TUSIAD Cost-Based Competitiveness Index (TUSIAD-CCI) rose by 3.0% quarter-on-quarter in the second quarter of 2025, reaching a value of 88.7 from the previous 86.1
The High Advisory Council of the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD) convened in Istanbul on June 12, 2025. The High Advisory Council is a biannual deliberative conference where the business world takes stock of domestic and global political and economic developments and offers suggestions to policy makers from a business perspective. Opening remarks were delivered by TÜSİAD High Advisory Council President Ömer Aras and TÜSİAD Board of Directors President Orhan Turan.
TÜSİAD also preserves its weight in the registered employment sector. Approximately 50 % of those employed outside of agriculture and the public sector are employed by establishments connected to TÜSİAD members.
