The Report is about the Armenian resolution pertaining to the tragic events that have taken place during the First World War that was accepted in 2007 by the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US House of Representatives but which was not put on the agenda of the General Assembly. Aiming to criticise the Resolution, the paper was presented to the public opinion by a seminar held in Washington DC in May 2009. This paper’s objective is to create a platform that will enable an objective and multidimensional discussion to be held on the topic.
