The Bosphorus University–TÜSİAD Foreign Policy Forum organized a seminar titled “Turkey and the EU in a Changing World” at the TÜSİAD conference rooms on 8th March 2011. The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Michael Leigh, European Commission General Director for Enlargement. In his address, Leigh shared his views on latest developments in the Turkey EU accession process and, in that context, the financial crises of 2010 and political revolutions in the Middle East.
