The non-governmental Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE), founded under TÜSİAD’s leadership on the voluntary basis of TÜSİAD and TİSK, gathers business organizations in the Black sea and Caspian regions together. The UBCCE Fourth General Assembly was held in Istanbul on 15th March 2011. The 2011 action program and budget were approved at the conclusion of the Assembly.
