Ms. Ümit Boyner made a statement for the "November 10th Atatürk Memorial Day”

Ms. Ümit Boyner, President of the Board of Directors of TÜSİAD, made a statement for the “November 10th, Ataturk Memorial Day”. The statement is as follows:

“Mustafa Kemal Ataturk had led the way of the Turkish economy with his belief in the economic development as the backbone of a free, independent, strong and prosperous country. Within the framework of the ideal of economic development, he had set for us, the ideal of a society of gender equality in its political, economic and educational aspects. In this context he had placed a special emphasis on the participation of women to the economic, political and social life and he had given priority to increase the scope and quality of education in the society. We remember Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the leader who raised a war worn country with his profound leadership vision and who gave a valuable development ideal to the Turkish society, in his 74th death anniversary with gratitude.”
